Our lovely room was Velvet Ridge. It included retro mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, table for dining, cozy reading nook beside the gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub with shower and small balcony. The balcony overlooked a beautiful garden, waterfall and view of the lake. A tour of the garden took you down beside the lake, sitting area with a fire pit and hammocks close by. The room and entire facility was spotless. Probably the first time I didn't feel it necessary to sanitize everything. 😅 The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included served in- room or in dining room. We opted for in-room service with a choice between 7:30-9:30. However, they delivered a personal carafe of coffee with creamer each morning between 7:00-7:30 outside the room. The breakfast was, also, left outside the room with a knock on the door to let you know. Our experience was amazing! The folks there go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. My husband and I are looking forward to our return.

Beautiful property- unfortunately it was raining and we were only there for a night but our room was immaculate. The property was charming and the staff friendly and professional. We hope to visit again and stay for a few days! Warning - the drive to get there is slow and winding dark roads (with rain and deer) ensure we will time our arrival during the day next time! Super comfy beds and spa like tub were fantastic.

We felt right at home at Lookout Point. We stayed in the Charleston room, and it was perfect: comfy bed, spacious tub, and a great view of the lake. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in bed each morning, and we spent some time out on the lake, jumping in right off the Inn's dock. We got out each day and enjoyed the many things Hot Springs has to offer: Garvan Woodland Gardens, Bathhouse Row, and many dining spots (Luna Bella, Ohio Club, and Superior Bathhouse Brewery were favorites). But our favorite part of the trip was just relaxing and lazing around in our room. Lookout Point is the perfect spot if you want to relax and move at your own pace.

This was our first time staying at Lookout Point. My wife and I decided to go for our one year wedding anniversary and from the moment we arrived, every thing was perfect. The service and accommodations made this one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed and can’t wait to return for years to come. We were helped by Tiffany and she made our stay so special. She was very knowledgeable about the property and helped us get familiar with the grounds when we arrived. She continued to help us with anything we needed the remainder of the weekend.

My wife and I spent this past weekend at the inn. It was fabulous. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They will bring your breakfast each morning to the room which is nice. We sat on our patio overlooking the lake and ate. Breakfast was delicious. One night, we ordered a flat bread pizza from the restaurant and it was also delicious. The room was super clean and offered lots of towels and extras. Since the weather was hot, we used a couple of their provided floats and just swam off the boat dock. They also have kayaks and a canoe. Highly recommend! In cooler weather, the fire pit would be a place to hang out after dark.
